1: A tip off is a handy piece of information given by one to another. Tip-offs have been used in history (see the examples).

1: When two men have erections in normal settings, such as school or at the office, and they bump into each other while walking and touch penises.

1: When you’re upset about something.

  * e.g.,  ... Man are you okay?

2: When something is worrying you, or maybe even making you angry or sad.

 [ "Puerto Rico Tip Off" ]

1: A back alley circumcision. Alternately a pre-season NCAA basketball tournament.

  * e.g.,  ... My family didn't have insurance when I was born so I got a Puerto Rico tip off which became infected. 

 [ "hop off tip" ]

1: If someone says to you "hop off ____'s tip," it simply means to stop sucking their d*ck. They're asking you to stop over-complimenting or over-hyping someone. Basically just to stop worshipping them in general. You never want to be too obsessed with someone, or else you will be told to hope off their tip. It is not used in a positive manner or in a good way.

  * e.g.,  ... Person #1: "Jake you are SO funny and SO hot! Can I please just be you?! You are literally the funniest person ever, oh my gosh. I love hanging out with you. You're my favorite person ever!" 

 [ "Hop off tip" ]

1: A term that means- MIND YO OWN DAMN BUSINESS AND STAY OUT MINES.
